California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia residents have specific rights regarding their personal information. This page explains those rights and how to exercise them.

- Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate information

- Right to non-discrimination — we won't charge you more or provide worse service for exercising your rights
How to exercise your rights
To submit a request, email us at info@pdloans247.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Include your name and the state where you reside. We will respond within 45 days, as required by law.
You may also submit a request through your authorized agent by having them contact us on your behalf with proof of authorization.
Opt out of data sharing
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising purposes, enable the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" setting in your browser, or set the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We detect GPC and will treat it as an opt-out request.
